Deserted Tube stations and subterranean tunnels will be opened up next month as part of the London Transport Museum’s annual Hidden London festival. This biggest year yet will see around 17,000 tickets go on sale, providing access to four usually off-limits locations. Guests can venture into disused Piccadilly line station Down Street, which was used as a Cabinet office by Churchill during the Blitz.
