A black and brown portal into a feverish dissociative fantasy, transmuting the soul, the spiritual, the physical, and the emotional into a visual and sensory experience. What’s bubbling right beneath the surface of your reality? Beneath the surface of the mirror? What visions fill your sight when you close your eyes? ….Throbbing hearts full of angst, rage, loneliness, sadness, desire…What does your heart need amidst the night tides?
The night is for the freaks, for those who can finally unclasp their mask of habit and conformity, and become the makers of their own future. The night is a fantasy land, an autonomous space liberating souls from the monotony of the boring world. Flashing lights, fog, and the dark abysmal world open up and the dredge of the daytime finally comes to halt, and then finally out from the shadows comes the haunt, the freedom, the breakage of rules, the goodbyes to the old, and hellos to the chaos.
How have your whispered thoughts pierced through the darkness, and made way to the club? The club is praxis. Its context is one of utopia. These art-school words feel like a betrayal to the sincerity and freedom that lies within nightlife.
This explorative acquaintance with the unknown nightosphere, is one with the self and with each other. As we hold tightly our hearts in the palms of damp hands amidst a sea of bodies that have come together, your fate becomes your own and your senses are overpowered by the tantalizing electric colors and dark waves of the night. Escape becomes the mode of expression and fluidity manifests in full form. Unleash the Saturn and welcome the apollos to the sweaty underground, where you are held by the night, and shaken into the midst of the neath palace.
